We wish you all a great long weekend coming up with Labor Day. What are we going to do? We’re going to welcome the crowd in Winchester, TN for the opening of the JAMBOREE BY THE LAKE! Barbara Doss has invited me there because of my long association with her late husband Colonel Buster Doss. This annual event has really grown. This year they’ll have over 40 artist/bands appear on stage over three days.

The city of Winchester has donated the downtown park on the lake for the event. It is certainly good for the city and the artists who are appearing. It is a job well done by Barbara. I’m sure Buster will be looking down with a big smile of approval.
